This is a hidden gem. It is about a 5 minute drive to airport. They serve breakfast, have WiFi and the grounds are beautiful. Property is set back from road. Relaxing place to be. Only reason for not being a 5 star rating was our room was very hot. Afternoon sun had this room baking. He said NO A/C during “this season” but that doesn’t make sense. If you need it, it should always be available and it should be in your room, not at someone else’s discretion.

The hotel was fine but my room was noisy . There was no notification of me having to REQUEST cleaning or fresh towels. Totally unacceptable for the price, and not being aware my room was not cleaned.

The free airport shuttle to JFK is one of the selling point aside from the cleanliness and great customer service of the staff . It will be top of my list of where to stay if ever I need to catch a flight from JFK again.

The air conditioner sounded like an emergency alarm so every time it went on it scared the he’ll out of us. Drove up from Florida for a death in the family; really needed a peaceful night sleep . Didn’t get it!

Always liked this hotel, even when it was conveniently priced as a Holiday INN! I was very disappointed this stay because of the price paid and never having the room cleaned and linens replaced during the entire time I was there! I feel the breakfasts have slipped a notch as well! Other than that, check in was great and check out was fast and efficient!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly. They gave bottles of water because they said there was construction and the water may be slightly brown, however, we did not experience any brown water thank goodness. We did use the water to drink and also to brush our teeth.

This property has deteriorated significantly – it is not worth $350 a night - This should be a two star accommodation max - needs urgent update in furniture in the rooms as well as the main lobby – the breakfast in the morning was also poor very disappointed with the depressing decor - Toiletries and the toilet itself is a very old as well. Drainage is in the sink Also poor

Loved the shuttle drivers and the front desk people. The hotel is clean but looks a bit tired. The breakfast was a bit above average.Hard to believe that’s what you get for the price.

Our trip there took extra long due to our Uber getting lost (no fault to the hotel) but then upon check-in we were given the wrong room. We paid for a king size bed, non smoking room and we were given two double beds. For the price of the hotel (almost $400 for one night) you would think they could get the room type right.
