Great location!
The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, staff were friendly, and the breakfast had good options. Loved the express checkin and checkout. Only complaint was that the walls are very thin both nights we were woken up by yelling in the hallway. Not sure if it was a rare occurrence or if it’s typically like that. We would stay there again in the future.

Breakfast was good (not great). Pool was nice and hot tub even nicer (really the reason we stayed here). Price was great, the only things we didn’t like was that we had to request the room to be made up and towels replaced. Also, probably not a hotel rule, but no alcohol sales after 9?

Never stayed at an AmericInn before and I will definitely be back again! I work as a housekeeping manager and I’ve been in housekeeping for 10 years. Room was very clean, I was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast 100% absolutely BLEW.ME.AWAY. Was not expecting that. So many options, and breakfast tacos?? Nobody does that! Was delicious, I left a $5 tip for the cook, was amazed. So good. Only reason I can give a 5 overall is because a housekeeper was knocking on all checkouts without a dnd card at 9:30 am. That’s not ok. Number one rule for housekeepers is don’t be knocking on checkouts doors before checkout time. That’s our space we’ve paid a lot of money to use until checkout time. Believe me I understand you want to get in and out asap but that was not ok. Thanks again tho! Was a wonderful hotel you should be very proud of all your staff! Thanks!!

Basic but affordable
It was "fine". It did the job for a reasonable price. No frills, basic hotel room. Too much air freshener used though. Breakfast was a nice plus. If you plan to Uber to and from campus or downtown, you should know that our ride to the stadium was $20 but our ride back from downtown at 11pm was $65. Parking in a ramp would be cheaper if available.
