Do not stay here
Never ended up staying there. Also, the photo online is a stock photo, this place is run down. I received an email that I was checked in while we were still on the plane. We arrived, the surrounding area was mostly dark and there were no signs for the office. I tried to call the office several times and was disconnected. I ended up being charged and left to go to another hotel.

Worst Hotel, should be a run down motel.
Staff in the office are not professional. They have Security on the premises that don't wear uniforms yelling at kids. There are roaches everywhere. And I was there for three days and they never had anything clean as far as pillow cases, towels and covers.

1 really long nightā€¦..
Unfortunately we only stayed 1 of our 4 nights after having to be moved due to bugs. This place was lacking a lot. 3 pillows total with 1 blanket to share for 2 people. 2 towels and 1 dirty hand towel. There were bugs in the bathroom and bed. We had to go to the lobby at 3am to work out getting moved to another room. We then were let know we couldnā€™t keep the room and needed to be out by 11am. We would be issued a refund the remaining nights as they could not allow us to stay in the new room as they were overbooked for the rest of the weekend forcing us to find a new hotel at 3am Friday morning for Friday evening. I was told I would receive a refund for rest of the weekend yet have not see anything. We werenā€™t looking for anything super nice as we were going to a music festival. But they only had 1 water heater for the property and after 25 minutes at 3am we didnā€™t get warm water out of our shower. The people werenā€™t mean, but didnā€™t have much answers for assistance. Second room was decent. Would have probably stayed in it if allowed to but the overall cleanliness of the property was really poor.

Canā€™t expect much when I only paid about $45 for the room. When we first walked in we seen a sign saying cash only for the security deposit because of tech issues. we was looking around the lobby to see if there was an atm and the lady rudely asked what we wanted. finally get our room we had to walk 2 buildings back they had nothing to help carry the bags over. there was a bullet looking hole on the glass door and was cracked all over. bedroom wasnā€™t too bad , the bathroom had glass doors and they wouldnā€™t stay closed while showering. they had no rugs or anything so the floor kept getting wet we had to use extra towels. thereā€™s no ceiling light only two lamps. air conditioning worked great tho. checkout was easy and the lady working then was nice. if you donā€™t care about too much and itā€™s just for a night itā€™s whatever but for a couple day stay i def donā€™t recommend. itā€™s close to hollywood studios tho!

I decided not to stay there because drug addicts and criminals were hanging outside the building and the area had no cars in parking lot. Please refund my money. The staff said that they understood my concern and told m to contact Expedia for a refund. They mentioned that the whole neighborhood was the same.

This property is in bad shape. I booked it online under the name ā€œOyo Hotelā€ and arrived to a very old Econolodge. This hotel does not have a credit/debit card machine, so I had to go for a walk through the sketchy neighborhood to find an ATM to give them a cash deposit ā€” mind you, I prepaid online so this was especially frustrating. Half the front building of the property is abandoned, including where a restaurant used to be. I was greeted by a cockroach in my room, and a dirty washcloth hanging on the bathroom door. Stay far away from this hotel.

This is an old Econolodge in an unsafe part of town. The pictures are false advertising. Usually OYO hotels are newly refurbished. This place should be condemned.
