Great Location!
Amazing location, has a major transit station right across the street with a mall and a terrific restaurant right next-door. At the corner there is a taxi stand and also a grocery store right next-door. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location - next to the Metro and a food court with variety of outlets bars/cafes locally. Short walk to The Royal Palace and Madrid centre. Being British we missed having Tea and Coffee making facilities in our room - there is a shared space to do this. Nice touch that the room had a fridge to keep cold drinks.

Comfortable stay
We enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly in particular Ivan who checked us in & assisted with booking the taxi to the airport. He also provided us with a good restaurant recommendation. The only two issues with the room - I think the A/C was not working properly & there was a drainage smell from the bathroom. Overall the room is comfortable & the bathroom is modern - it is a proper shower and not one where you stand in a bath. I would recommend the hotel for singles or couples.

Stayed for 4 nights. Great location clean hotel. Very friendly knowledgeable staff thanks to Enrique & Ivan for great service helping us since it’s our first time in Madrid. Our room was very clean,comfortable & spacious . The only thing I would change is to get more closets/ drawers. Otherwise it’s the perfect location close to most of the things we had planned which was great for us. Thanks again to Enrique & Ivan for everything

Great location! Close to good restaurant and right in front shopping mall. Transportation less than 5 minutes. If you decide to take Madrid city bus stop is less than a 5 minutes walk. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Excellent location!
Excellent location, right in front of a major train station and shopping center. Many great little restaurants on the street. The staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was clean, comfortable and breakfast delicious. Would definitely return.
