Our stay was enjoyable. Room was clean and smelled fresh . Breakfast was good. Excellent location. Quite noisy as on main shopping street if windows open, however when closed noise was reduced . Reception staff very helpful

I arrived early and understandably I had to wait but it was in a comfortable spot. The hotel in itself was lovely and safe for a solo female traveler; however this is where the pleasantries ended. I am a Black female traveler and I experienced micro aggressions from the male front desk staff! They were very brisk and rather rude during my time in Spain. From making snide remarks and unkind facial expressions when I requested directions, asked for clarifications, or simply seeking an adapter for my iPod they were not hospitable to say the least! I enjoyed Spain but the all male support staff really need training in cultural sensitivities and how to refrain from subtle and overt racism!
