We chose this hotel as we had an early morning flight. The walk to T1 was a good 20 minute swift but straightforward walk. Hotel was a tad tired. Bed was clean but room was well passed its best. WiFi wouldn’t connect and safe didn’t seem to work so took passports out with us for evening meal. Plenty of eateries a few minutes walk - all good value.

Staff was great and hotel had easy accessibility from airport! Common areas of hotel were nice, sheets very crisp and clean, but the room, overall was dated, dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. It served the purpose for an overnight layover but do not feel confident recommending. If you arrive late and hungry, there's a kebab house just down the block open late (and it was good!)

There was nothing I did not like about the property - very easy and friendly check-in, clean, tidy, comfortable, literally 10-15 minutes walk from Barajas Metro Station on airport line, only 1 stop from T4.

Just going home from a month long holiday
Room needs a little TLC Older bedspreads, curtains, carpet Shower ok but water not draining well from tub. Environment friendly-using glasses instead of disposables. Comfortable beds Very friendly and accommodating staff No A/C at this time of year so had to open windows on a warm night. Noisy environment as there was an important football match being played. Were moved to another room which was quite a bit better. Thank you!

We needed a cheap hotel for overnight stopover and after reading some reviews I was concerned however I was pleasantly surprised the hotel was perfectly adequate for what we needed yes the rooms are dated but it was a good price and we enjoyed exploring the local bars for the night I would definitely return if needed.
