Nothing special about this hotel. Close to the airport, but not too close. It takes 10 minutes by shuttle to get to/from hotel. We arrived at 9 am at the hotel and the group of about 18 people were leaving. And yet the check in personnel couldn’t give us a room without arguing and saying they could not guarantee the room before 2 pm. And yet in 30 minutes the room was ready and we were asked to pay early check in fee of 22 euros.

Lovely hotel near the airport
We were only here for one night. It was a stop over for our trip to the airport. There were nice restaurants nearby. There is a shuttle to the airport. The room was lovely. The desk clerks were extremely helpful. There is a metro nearby. There is on site parking.

You pay extra for breakfast. The wifi gave out after about 30 minutes. The furniture tops were sticky. There was almost no furniture besides the bed and one desk chair. The water pressure was less than ideal. There were no complimentary soaps or creams in the bathroom, just wall dispensers. The staff was friendly. But there is nothing going on after dinner and the neighborhood has no nightlife. The shuttle to the airport was included in the price and was punctual. The driver was helpful.

Very convenient to stay on the night before a flight out of Madrid airport. The hotel is easy to reach from the metro station. Very clean with polite staff. Shuttle to the airport also adds to the convenience.
