Excellent location. Short walk to Sol Metro. Hotel was great. Good bed, pillows... Nice big bath towels. Breakfast buffet was extensive... You could order an omelet. Only drawback was lack of drawers. There were 4 TINY drawers under the desk which you could fit maybe 4 or 5 pairs of socks....

Beautiful hotel, the staff were amazing, rooms are very comfortable and decorated beautifully. They were equipped with everything anybody would need when they’re travelling. Highly recommend this hotel, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there.

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s very well located in the center of Madrid and the staff is as professional as you will ever see. Way better than that of many so-called 5-star hotels. The place is run as it should be. Kudos to management and to every employee at Hotel Regina.

Lovely but small room which I upgraded to celebrate our anniversary. It was a room with an outdoor space and jacuzzi outside. It was perfect for the chilly but clear April nights in Madrid. The service was great, there was a cute restaurant and bar downstairs and the BREAKFAST was amazing. Everything you could think of was available and it was all so fresh and delicious. We would move in if we could we enjoyed it all so much. Will definitely be back! Within easy walking distance to all the sights and sounds of Madrid. The location was perfect.

The staff at this hotel are incredjbly hospitable. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and it is walkkng distance from many sights/shopping. But be warned, the elevator js tiny!
