Amazing and on point!
We missed a transfer due and came here to stay. Now we want to just stay here! The hotel was wonderful. Service: The people and service was all very helpful from check-in to restaurant, to breakfast, and check-out. The Room: Fantastic! We stayed in a premium room. Its a small upgrade from basic, and gives a desk area, etc., to get some work done. Everything was tidy and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was also laid out well and comfortable. Breakfast: Great! We'd stay just for breakfast. Hot and cold foods available on the buffet and helpful attendants helping and quickly keeping everything clean. Shuttle: Yes, being a layover, I was looking for a shuttle. It was comfortable, quick, and very helpful as well. We liked it so much, our next vacation is to Madrid. Gracias!

The rooms were nice able comfortable. However, when we arrived we saw the TV wasn’t working and neither was the safe. I called downstairs three time always being told someone would be up soon and they arrived.
