Pros- very close to the airport so a good place if you arrive late or have an early flight. Restaurant was good. Food was good. Rooms are large, plenty of room to spread out and get organized. Cons- Really just one but it's an important one. The bed in our room (which I imagine is uniform) was terrible. I may as well have slept on the floor.

Convenient to airport with complimentary shuttle service. Excellent breakfast buffet. Metro stop was a 10 minute walk that we used to go to Madrid for our last evening in Madrid.

It was in awful condition. The room was extremely hot with no ability to control the temperature. Luckily the window opened, but the top hinge was broken so the window was leaning in. Couldn’t turn on the shower could only run the bath and when I pulled a tissue the whole box came off the wall. I was there only one night, thankfully. But for the price didn’t expect everything to fall apart.
