If you’re unsure where to stay this is the place. I had my doubts about this property at first, but once here we absolutely loved it. Clean, great for families. No need to look for anything else.

Apartment is in a clean and upscale building in the heart of the city, less than a minute from Gran Via. Host is very helpful and responsive. Check-in and out were both smooth. Clean, roomy and well appointed. Highly recommended.

I love everything about this place! This place is in the middle of everything, so we walked most of the time. The grocery store was across the street, and there were restaurants everywhere. The place was very clean, nice, and quiet.

The property was lovely and the spec excellent. WiFi, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher and terrace lovely. The check-in was a little stressful as the entry code didn’t arrive before check-in time and I was I was travelling with medication and this was worrying. Check-out time is not clearly indicated and the cleaner came in early. The entry code system is novel and takes a little getting used to, requiring a mobile phone app. The bathroom door can misalign with its runner and getting the hot water to work required some perseverance. Notwithstanding the above, the flat is highly recommended and a wonderful stay.

The property was a bit complicated to find but it was just beautiful very cozy and my family loved it. The only thing is the bathtub was not cleaned well it had hair in the tub and hair hanging from the dispenser which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it was truly amazing.

For our short stay in Madrid, this was a perfect location to stay at. Everything was clean in the apartment. Walkable distance from many attractions on and around Gran Via. Absolutely will recommend to anyone visiting Madrid.
