The only thing that would have made it perfect is a closer parking facility. A 4 min walk with two suitcases on cobblestone is a little difficult. Otherwise, beautiful view, everything available on site and cosy, secure apartment next to Plaza Alacalà

The property is perfectly located transportation wise - you are almost in Gran Via and near metro station and bus stations, so you can get to anywhere from there. The bad thing: the apartment is an busy area, near to bars and a lot of people walks by almost 24x7 - this wouldn't be an issue if the apartment were noise isolated, but certainly not and makes it difficult for sleeping. There is one thing that could be certainly improved and is easy: fix the internal wifi - signal is weak within the same apartment and some times gets lost or is too weak to keep an stable signal. Other than that, the place is great, service is very good and location is top.

The apartments are located nearby Grand Via and Chueca, making for a great location to explore the main sights and good bars & restaurants too. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and looked exactly like the photos. It was a quiet nights sleep, save for one night where there was a festival taking place in town and the whole city was noisy. Check in and out was very easy with everything done by email and an easy app based key system (you can just type in a code too, if you want). If you’re staying later than the 11am check out there is a safe/cheap luggage storage place right around the corner.

Property in a central location within Madrid, so relatively easy to get around. Beds where comfortable and apartment is spacious. i would say however apartment could do with a deep clean especially in the ensuite bathroom.

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful, close to all attractions: Puerta del Sol, Prado Museum, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, Retiro Park, Palace… The grocery store just near by and open until 11, great coffee shop, pizzeria. All was amazing, the only thing I would improve is to indicate the number of the appointment on the door. It took us a while to notice B on the side and guessing that it was 4 floor.( someone wrote in the elevator with the pencil). We witnessed other people having the same problem. Getting someone on the phone takes some time as well. The number on the door and floor number in the elevator would solve the problem .
