This unit has a retro, ski-cabin vibe, but is warm and comfortable. It is mostly original with some upgrades. There is no Wi-Fi in this unit. Pricing reflects this.
About the Space:
This townhome offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 people. It offers vaulted ceilings and new flooring throughout. It is a spacious 1287 sq. ft. open floor plan with living area, dining area, and kitchen upstairs – all looking out to the spectacular views. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa. There is a wood burning fireplace, as well as a private outdoor patio with a private BBQ.
The master bedroom is on the second floor, off the main living area. It has a double bed as well as an ensuite bathroom. The upstairs bathroom offers a vanity and walk-in shower. Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms which share the second bathroom. The first bedroom downstairs offers a queen-sized bed; the second room offers a queen bed, as well as a twin over double bunk bed. The second bathroom downstairs offers a tub/shower and vanity.
This unit offers easy access with 24-hour self-check-in. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.
Due to Wi-Fi not being offered as an amenity, guests will have basic cable TV access only. It is advised that guests bring their own hotspot if desiring internet.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Chateau d'Oex. There is a community jacuzzi and sauna, as well as shared laundry facilities (coin operated).
Parking is located directly outside of the unit. There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property - 1 assigned space, and 1 guest space (not guaranteed, but generally available). Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.
