a nice place to stay
nice condo with two upstairs bedrooms. Very roomy and cozy living room with comfy couches. bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels shampoo and soap. wifi was not great and tv had difficulty connecting to streaming services, but not a big deal. Bring your own board games as the ones in the condo are mostly incomplete. The condo listing advertised a game room but we found out there it was closed due to remodeling, which I think should be disclosed in the listing. Pool is ok. Very central location in Mammoth. Overall it was a pleasing stay.

Even though it’s springtime, and even though there is a “heater” and a pellet stove, the condo remained pretty cold throughout our 4 day stay. My husband rarely gets cold and he was even uncomfortable. A note above the heater says don’t adjust past 75 or you will blow a fuse and have no heat your entire stay. Ok. Well we did not adjust past 75 but it appeared the heat only came from a tiny wall unit underneath the control panel, heating a small area of the corner of the dining area. Then we had pellet stove issues, and even called maintenance to come fix it, and by then my husband had spent much time trying to resolve it. Maintenance came anyway to just discuss. But even though it was resolved, it was just uncomfortable. Tons of instructions for the pellet stove and after following them all the unit never quite felt warm. Upstairs there was a portable space heater, which we used. That was the only room in the entire condo that felt warm after a lot of time heating it up. The TV/DVD player didn’t work. The internet was painfully slow and terrible. I almost felt like I was camping. We frequent VRBOs in Mammoth and the country, and all we remember is: This place was really cold.

Property is close to Eagle chair >5 min. Only issues was with the large bed having big sink hole(fill in with pillows) & the sauna was not accessible unless I went through the wens locker room! Granted 3 1/2 ft fell in 24 hrs. Overall very nice

Spacious Condo, less then 10 min shuttle ride to Eagle lodge
The space was exactly as described. It was decorated comfortably and had everything we needed. From utensils to blankets to hooks for your clothes and stuff, everything was there. The downstairs was cozy and warmed by a high functioning pellet stove, and the beds upstairs metvthevneed at the end of long day. It is located perfectly to explore by foot, bus, or car. Close to restaurants and groceries. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
