Just .5 miles to the Yellow Line winter shuttle to either the Little Eagle Lodge or The Village Gondola.

Nice condo/cabin bad property management
Just like the title says, the cabin was as expected, the property management company let me down. The rate quoted was not what was charged. We could not work it out. Also, I was forced to download a separate app to access the property. I had to pick up the keys at a secondary location. Both sets of keys did not fit well with the lock. Just felt like they were the customer and I was lucky enough to rent from them. I feel bad for the owner of the property.

Basic
The unit felt quite outdated, definitely has not been renovated or updated since the 80’s. The kitchen utensils and cooking ware had rust and little things like that through out the house were disappointing. Some of the light bulbs were burnt out, heater made really load noises, fireplace wood didn’t have any wood and the Tv isn’t up todate. Parking garage spaces are very tight. Overall if you’re not looking to be in the cabin much and just need it to sleep this place is good enough.

Decent stay with kids
We appreciated the underground parking of this unit... especially during a storm. The property was clean. We found clothes left behind by the previous visitors and would have liked more than one kitchen towel due to the length of our stay. We had a maintenance issue which was quickly fixed. The internet access was a bit shotty. Overall, the upper loft was a great place for the kids. The property was cozy and warm with plenty of firewood..BYO lighter though.

Condo was great, fully stocked with kitchen utensils/appliances, fully stocked with wood for fireplace, super close to mammoth mountain to ski/ snowboard/ or sled! Overall great stay and will for sure be back in the future. I recommend !

Decent older condo on quiet street. Sleeps 3-6 comfortably in 3 beds with 2 baths.
Although we were expecting an updated unit, this property was pleasant. No AC was the main drag as it was warm (end of July). Flat screen TVs in each room (nice). Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, dish soap, sponge, sugar, spices, etc. Small soaps, shampoo, conditioner (adequate). Enough towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Kid size toilets (manageable). The garage (shared - no lock roll-up door) ended up being a useful feature as the open parking area was full. No trailers allowed in open parking spaces. There is a vacant, dirt lot across the street for trailers (until another home is built). Ice maker and water dispenser on refrigerator don't work. Loose step leading up to unit. Big stain on carpet in downstairs bedroom. Broken blinds in downstairs bedroom. Broken towel bar in downstairs bedroom. Dated decor but very comfortable. Good for winter, spring, and fall but with no AC, can be a little uncomfortable on hot days in the summer. Easy drive to The Village via Lake Mary Road. Bike path at end of street.

Quiet Condo at street's end
This place is perfect for a quiet Mammoth get away. Tucked away at the end of a street, this unit has everything we needed for cooking, lounging and relaxing. We stayed at the beginning of July and having screened windows to open allowed for plenty of cool mountain air to circulate. Will definately be back!

Nice rental in a quiet neighborhood
Overall a great experience. It's in a good location, easy to get to the Village. The best things about this property are the separate bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the nice open loft upstairs with its own bathroom. Finding an affordable two bed, two bath rental is always a little challenging, but this property fits the bill. Also the living room is spacious and has lots of seating. We had a couple things that didn't work, such as one of the nightlights upstairs and the fan has only a *tiny* pull chain and is not connected to a switch that we could find. Also the big microwave above the stove was not functioning so there was only a tiny kitchentop microwave. But we would recommend staying here, it's a good value.

The condo was perfect for my son and me
Everything about the stay was great. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The nearby jacuzzi was clean and helped me to recuperate so I could keep up with my son the next day of snowboarding. We did not use the kitchen much so I can't speak to how well equipped it is for cooking.

A nice place with good location and great amenities with a fantastic hot tub.
A great place to stay in mammoth! My only recommendation is that the condo is more suited to fit 5 people with the couch not having a pull out bed. Great location and amazing hot tub. Would recommend staying here!

Great location and clean
We enjoyed our stay at Big wood #62 . It was ready early and clean when we showed up. It was well stocked with all the amenities. We really liked the sleeping arrangements with 2 doubles in the loft. There was still plenty of room upstairs. Having a garage was also great as we were there during the first of many record breaking snow falls this year. They did a good job clearing snow in the complex which we really appreciated. It needs a little maintenance attention and that is the reason we didn’t give 5 stars. There are several wall heaters, one I n each room but the main heater in the kitchen area did not work. When we arrived the condo was cold and took awhile to get it warmed up. We also used the fireplace throughout our stay but needed to buy more fire starters, plenty of firewood. The other reason for 4 stars was that someone had definitely been smoking in the unit. Every time it was closed up and we opened the door we really got a strong smell of leftover smokers. We let the management company know. The cost for this condo was in the higher end of others available and it is older and could use some modern updates. Overall we enjoyed the condo and a few updates would really make it a five star place.
