Our stay was very good, the rooms were great and the pool area was very nice, our kids had a blast. There were a few service issues, we had to ask for pool towels almost every time we went down, also the breakfast was good but if you were not there early things were not restocked/refilled and they seemed to start closing up early some mornings.

The room was not fully cleaned. I reserved a suite with two queen beds. The room I was given was only a two bed queen and a kitchen. When I asked them about the suite they told me the room was correct. I looked at the website and saw the rooms were still available and they refused to give us the room I reserved.

Well the front counter staff was excellent but the housekeeping was poor. We were there for 4 days and no one cleaned the room or have us any clean towels. We had to go to the front desk for towels. The breakfast was satisfactory.
