We thank you also for pointing out our hotels great location, which is also one of the many reasons guests choose to return to our hotel regularly having such a wonderful prime situation on Puerto Banus. It is also wonderful to hear that the variety and quality of food served in our breakfast meal buffet has exceeded your expectations. We offer an excellent selection and service as we understand how important it is to satisfy each guest’s taste and also how necessary this is to fully enjoy your holiday experience. With regards to the room size, unfortunately due to the shape of the hotel, not all the rooms in one category are the same shape and therefore some of them might be slightly bigger than others. Should you wish to stay with us in the future, please do not hesitate to email me directly so that I can allocate you one of the larger rooms. It has been regrettable reading that you did not find your bed comfortable and lament not being informed about this during your visit, as we would have looked for a solution. Clearly a basic function in any hotel is to guarantee a comfortable and satisfying nights’ sleep therefore we have softer mattress toppers for those guests who prefer sleeping on a softer bed; for future occasions, please to not hesitate to contact our reception for anything you may need to fully enjoy your stay among us.
