This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home conveniently located near a Free public beach entrance (5 min walk) and near the JW Marriott. Plenty of Pool area space with the new addition to the screened lanai. New sun shelf added to the swimming pool. The bedrooms have a King in master and a Queen in each guest bedroom.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

Christmas retreat
Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay! The house spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved cooking in many nights. The heated pool was perfect! We would definitely book here again!

Wonderful family getaway!
Wonderful property! The mismatched furniture in the main living room wasn’t very comfortable and needed another floor lamp for lighting at night. However, this didn’t ruin our wonderful experience at this property. The outdoor living area and the pool was amazing. Just steps to the beach, the wagon, cooler, and beach chairs were fantastic! There isn’t extra cabinet space for groceries we purchased but we made a spot on top of counters for the week. This wonderful house is perfect for 2 families or just a family getaway as our was. We hope to come back with our friends soon. Thank you for sharing!

Amazing stay
Our family stayed at this house for a week. The location is great, ~6 min walk to the beach entrance. The beach in this area was really clean and empty since it is not by any public parking or big hotels. The house had everything you could need in the kitchen and for the pool and beach, chairs, wagon, umbrellas, etc. It was also really clean when we arrived and all the linens smelled freshly washed. We had a minor issue with the pool and the rental office was really responsive and solved our issue immediately. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Property is in a great location only about three blocks from the beach. House has a great outdoor pool for relaxing with access to pool area from several large sliding doors. House was clean but could use some updates to electrical several times both the kitchen and bathroom breakers tripped off not a big deal but a hassel never the less.

The only way to stay!!
We have always stayed at a hotel or resort, but this is the only way to stay. The house was beautiful and very spacious and well appointed. The outside area by the pool and lanai was very comfortable. As promised the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom had a shower my wife “would kill for!” Plenty of beach chairs & umbrellas. Easy walk to the beach. The only thing we really needed to get was a lighter so we could light the candle by the pool. Would definitely rent this property again.

Spacious house with a nice pool and close to the beach
A wonderful house for my family during the Thanksgiving holiday. The separated master bedroom, walk through closet and bathroom suite was nicely private. The house is well cared for, but could use a working tire pump for the bikes and a skillet worthy of Marco Island. I would rent again. The location was perfect for my needs.

Wonderful house and location!
The house is very comfortable and is in a great location for walking to beach and shops. We loved the heated pool also! Lots of toys in the garage for the beach and pool. There are bikes also available to use. Had a great time!

We loved your spacious home and all the goodies for the beach available in the garage. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The only thing I would add is a few more pots or a bigger stock pot...it would make it easier for large families. Thank you for a wonderful week!
