Just bring your family and your flip-flops. This cozy, 1,500 square foot house has everything else you need for the perfect tropical island vacation. It sleeps eight, with two king beds, one queen, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.

It also includes a one-car garage. But your primary mode of transportation on this vacation will be a pair of flip-flops since the house is located just a short walk from the beach, shopping, restaurants and other island attractions.

The closest attraction is right out back, on your lanai, with its heated pool. Recliners line the pool, like your own mini-resort. The kids will love all the pool toys, and the backyard barbeque chef will love using the outdoor kitchen and gas grill to cook up a poolside barbeque.

You can also eat in the sunroom, known around these parts as a Florida room. The full wall of sliding glass doors lets you sit back on the cozy sofas, beneath a ceiling fan, and watch the action out on the lanai.

The stylishly furnished interior blends comfort with a coastal style décor. Lush plants throughout the house add a tropical accent.

The summer kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances you need. And of course no Marco Island kitchen is complete without a blender so you can celebrate the end of another day in paradise with your feet in the pool and a tropical blended drink in your hand.

The house offers plenty of amenities for your comfort and convenience, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. It also comes with bicycles and everything you need to take that short walk to the beach from the backyard, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

Another short walk takes you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden. You can also walk to Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theaters, specialty shops, fine dining, ice cream shops and much more.
