My go to place when traveling to an return from Canada . It's convenient to 77, always friendly staff, reasonable for an overnighter, and clean. It's outdated, but works for me.

Ridiculous
I feel bad cuz I don’t do this kind of thing. But it made for an absolutely TERRIBLE day today. First, my key didn’t work. So I had to walk to the complete other side of the hotel w my bags to get new keys. Got in, turned on heat, was exhausted, passed out. Woke up an hour later FREEZING cold. Heat didn’t work. Had to walk ALL the way back down. Got into new room. Fridge made horrible loud noise. Guy called my room and woke me up to ask if I turned the heat off in other room! I think I was able to get MAYBE 2 hours of sleep. Waste of $ . Waste of time and energy. Made for an absolutely terrible long day today. No photo, but have video of fridge noise. I want my $ back

Desperately needs new carpet. Room was not vacuumed properly with visible dirt throughout. Visible dust on lampshades, and grime on light switch in bathroom. Couch had a big rip in it and one decorative curtain panel was missing and no one bothered to replace it. Clearly, upgrading and maintaining is not a priority here.Unlocked door to the outside world in back hallway left unlocked at all times, including overnight. I bought some bleachwipes so i could wipe down surfaces. The bed was clean and comfy and the continental breakfast was reliable and decent. In room coffee makers could be upgraded. And yes. The price was very cheap, and I expected it to be basic but gross is never acceptable.

I woke up to millipedes crawling up the wall. Noticed the vent in the bathroom had a thick layer of dust/dirt. The heat lamp mold growing in it. I respectfully ask for a FULL REFUND of my stay as well as two free nights at the hotel of my choice

This hotel is disgusting. The floors and walls are dirty and beaten up. The “art” has been taken off the walls but hardware still there. The carpet is ripped and threading. The shower is moldy. With the state of filth in the room there is no way I’m going to eat any food prepared in this establishment
