Fire alarm went off twice during the night and the approach by the service was to dismiss it as unimportant without any consideration for the inconvenience caused to the guests.

Staff were helpful & friendly. My family had a great time. Hotel was close to the train that we could catch to take to get to Dublin so we did not have to drive to down to down. Family had fun in the food. Food at breakfast & room service we excellent. Hotel had everything & was reasonably priced. Would stay there again.

One of the most relaxing breaks i had in a while

Great hotel, lovely environment. Location good for local restaurants etc. My only complaint is that the room was very warm even though the temp outside wasn’t particularly high and we had 2 fans in the room. I’d be nervous to stay there in the summer!!

On arrival the lobby is very bright, modern and fresh. Staff very friendly. Rooms was clean. Bathroom was tired looking. Rust stains running down the tiles. Floor badly tiled. Bed was fairly comfortable. Good tea/coffee making facilities. Hotel corridors very quiet. Excellent selection for breakfast. Evening meals was also very good.
