Leaking shower, leaking water outside room which went on all night and entire basin in bathroom was loose from the wall and almost fell on you when you touched it. UHT milk in fridge was sour. Wall panels in room were loose, 1 blanket for a 4 person room. This is not a 4 star hotel at all. Only room amenities were soap, small bottle of shampoo and conditioner no face clothes, no shower caps.

The service from reception to breakfast service was excellent.The room was very clean.The bed was so comfortable and the room was warm.The location to the stadium and the station was perfect.The parking was reasonably priced for the night snd safe and secure.I would definately book again.

Will NEVER stay again!! On entering what was to be described as the 'Family Room',... (what a joke THAT was!) my Son and I could, smell a horrible stench, (like, cat urine!!) Parking is also very impractical, and DEFINATELY needs to be reassessed
