My partner and I stayed at the Rydges for two nights. The bed was immensely comfortable and the room was spacious and met all our needs. Newly renovated and clean and tidy. The service by staff, both at the concierge/check in/out desk was second to none. As we met housekeeping staff in the lift upon exiting for dinner, we alerted them to an issue with our ensuite basin plug. It was rectified by the time of our return. Overall, a wonderful, luxurious stay and we hope to return again sometime soon.

The only thing I could fault was that the bathroom was a tad on the small side, but nothing we couldn't work with. Our aircon wasn't working properly so we logged it and maintenance was there within 10 minutes, had it fixed and was gone very smartly. All staff very friendly and very helpful
