Due to a family emergency my partner and I had to leave a couple of hours into our stay. We couldn't transfer the booking, couldn't recieve a partial refund and couldn't even get something as token tier as the prepaid buffet breakfast refunded which we never recieved.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. On this visit on two evenings the male members of the bar staff were inattentive to the needs of the customers. Each evening I had to go to the bar to seek out a menu after 10 minutes of waiting. This was followed by more poor service when a member forgot our request. Such poor service is disappointing for the Langham and not what we have previously experienced
