The only thing we didn’t like was the quality of food at the restaurant. Steak was cooked not to what we ordered and it wasn’t seasoned. A very bland steak indeed. Also the lobster cocktail had red poppy seeds that were incredibly overpowering and took away the lovely taste of the lobster. The waitresses were very good and offered us free drinks or a free dessert but we were full and weren’t wanting anything for free. We just wanted to let the kitchen know.

A wonderful Hotel, impeccable service. Som of the finer points in the rooms would benefit from improvement; a little too much chipped paint and furniture which needs replacing. Bed was wonderful.

Had a wonderful time staying at The Langham Melbourne. Right when you get to the front door you're greeted by the staff. Who know your name and then bring your bags to your room. Id never experienced that before. Then you walk in and see a beautiul fountain. The gym was also great and the room had a large tv and big bar selection. A great place to stay in Melbourne Southbank!

It's a nice hotel, located in a busy, modern part of the central business district. It's costly. They have a bottle of water next to the room's coffee maker. If you use some of it to make coffee, that's $12.00. For water, not wine. What I disliked about my room: bath towels are the size of a blanket on a twin bed (Who decided on that?) ... and the single covering on the bed is a white duvet ... no sheets. If you burn up under that much insulation, you might want to try sleeping under one of the bath towels.

The location was excellent, overlooking the Yarra. I could walk along the Yarra to my conference and to transport as needed. Beautiful flowers greeted you at the entrance and staff were excellent. The pool area was clean and had a great view over the city. I look forward to my next stay at the Langham in Melbourne. Thank you.

As a Gold member we received nothing only to be put in a room where we could hear the lifts thru the wall. We have stayed at The Langham times in suits, and they are fantastic. As a Gold VIP stay somewhere else for less in the CBD to get rewarded
