Nice property the fact we felt protected and the rooms were clean.and spacious. The front desk clerk was horrible!!!! This was the worst check In I have experienced since traveling for years. She was rude and nonchalant!!!!if I hadn’t paid through Expedia I would have asked for a cancellation plus we were tired from traveling!!!Hilton please teach or have your employees to attend professionalism classes. I reserved and paid up front for a room with a king bed. We we're given a room with double beds. The receptionist bluntly said there are no other rooms available. No apology at all. My wife and I never sleep apart but because of Hilton Garden Inn, Memphis we had to sleep in separate beds for the first time. Whats the point in paying upfront for a room???
