This hotel was just wonderful. It was extremely clean and the breakfast was very very good for a buffet with fresh eggs, bacon, oatmeal always a thing like pancakes or waffles and much more. The room was always made up for us and the staff was extremely friendly. We will stay here anytime we come to Memphis.

Excellent staff, but there was a lack in communication between shifts concerning a toilet that was out of order. I was told issue would be resolved or new room available upon my return. When I returned, the next shift’s staff knew nothing about the issue, however it was swiftly resolved.
