Terrible, la primera noche que llegamos el hotel no tenia luz, no habian ascensores, y asi paso todo el siguiente dia. Dijeron que iban a regresar lo correspondiente a una noche sin embargo nosotras debiamos regresar a CDMX y solicitamos en vez del reembolso (que iba a ser dificil por que lo compramos por plataforma) y dijeron que si, esa noche. Y cuando quisimos confirmarlo, el sr Vicente Lopez quien fue super grocero, y antipatico no lo permitio.

An excellent hotel, well positioned in Mexico City
A well located hotel with excellent facilities in a great part of Mexico City. The rooms were great, there are excellent dining options and the rooftop pool is a bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
