A great hotel

A lovely property in a great location! At check in they noted my birthday was coming up during our stay and they later surprised me with a piece of delicious cheesecake :) Above and beyond- would stay here again!

Absolutely loved this property. From the time we arrived until the time we left the staff was attentive and accomodating. The room was spacious and clean everyday. Would recommend this property to anyone. Our vacation was made so much better by staying here. I cannot leave this review without giving a special shoutout to the concierge. He really made somethings happen for us. Overall this property was amazing and I cannot rave enough about it

Check in process was amazing, Sally I don’t remember the name of the lady that check me in but her customer service was amazing! Honestly concierge service was not very not very friendly, the gentleman was not very polite and I ended up booking everything on my own (spa, helicopter ride, theater and private driver to take me around the city)
