The new upgrades have made a big difference. It's cozy and nice. I had a problem with a remote control, within minutes a new one was knocking at my door. It can be slightly loud at times, but very convenient location. I recommend it.

The room was very tiny, don't get confused about the picture in the website. The room doesn't even have a closet, extremely painful if you visit the beaches and stay at this apartment. No laundry in the facility, there is one laundromat in 2 blocks but they bill for 21lbs of clothes minimum (pathetic).

walking into the room it was obvious that there had been water damage that was not completely fixed. the room was extremely "moist" and the floors were very slick, as if you were working in a greasy kitchen. There was a dehumidifying bag on top of the shelf and when we opened the window to try and air it out, there was no screen which seemed very sketchy. we also weren't sure how "clean" the bedding was going to be based off the moisture in the room and both took showers first thing when we woke up. there was a massive amount of dust/lint on top of the fridge under the kitchenette counter. the communication, texting, was delayed and obviously automated responses rather than an actual person or smart AI tech. i would definitely NOT stay here again, nor recommend it even on a budget, especially if you have any sensitivity to the possibility of mold.

I had an amazing stay in this Miami room! The mini kitchen area was a game-changer, especially for nights when I wanted to stay in and enjoy a cozy meal. The space had a wonderful "home away from home" vibe, with a thoughtful layout and great feng shui that made it so comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and practical place to stay in Miami!

Homeless sleep on the patio
Between the unhelpful girl at the front desk whom would not leave her chair, 3 feet away, to help me through the door with my hands full, and the shower that leaks into the floor and the TV with green lines. I will not be back to this place

The accommodation was decent for the price. We were conveniently located near the main attractions we planned to visit. However, the light from the adjacent building made the room too bright to sleep in, at least in the room where I stayed. Additionally, the walls were very thin, so I could easily hear my neighbors snoring, having clear conversations, and even the sound from their TV was audible from my room. At least everything was clean, I appreciated the communication style (using text) and there was almost always someone at the front desk to help us.

Misunderstanding about parking. unclear as to parking arrangements before arriving. No control of utilities in the room. had a remote to control heat, fan and whatever else. it didn't work for us. We froze then got too hot after talking with management and they were hard to reach after hours. We could not have forseen any problems to avoid the need to contact them for help with the room after hours.
