Dated property in need of upgrade. Shower didn’t work, beds were very noisy and uncomfortable however the location on Ocean drive was perfect for us!

Love the place. The elevator was out of service which did make it difficult for us older folks to carry heavy luggage up to the 2nd floor. But overall a good stay.

1st off elevator was broke and wouldnt try to accommodate us beings that my wife had knee surgery put on 3rd flr......nxt the hotel was very musky smelling......room had no tv at all.......mattresses were very uncomfortable like laying on the boxspring its self......

Front desk people were friendly and helpful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to drag bags up stairs. That wouldn’t have been so bad but the air in our room barely worked. Air not working during the summer in Miami Beach isn’t very pleasant. I would not stay here again.

Loved that we were staying in a Old Building with history. Yes it's a bit dated, but it's right on South Beach, Affordable, and surrounded by amazing sights and places to eat. I would absolutely book here again.
