Enjoyed our stay very much
The staff was extremely welcoming, the location wonderful and the room was perfect. The weather wasn’t good enough to use the rooftop pool and deck but it was very nice and the view amazing. The building seems to be under some renovation and I look forward to seeing it completed!

it was terrible no wifi till last day we had to move room because leak in ceiling i have never paid that much for such a horrible hotel the inside is dirty leaks all over .

High marks for the Bentley Hotel!
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, from moment we arrived. We had driven there from St. Petersburg to escape, hurricane Milton, and the staff was very warm and welcoming when they heard that we had driven 10 hours to get there. Our one bedroom suite was well appointed and it had a nice small kitchen. That was very helpful. we were located right across the street from Miami Beach and had a lovely view. Everyone we encountered there was friendly and professional, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The $35 daily resort fee was relatively high considering the few amenities—a lovely rooftop pool, continental breakfast and nightly champagne hour—and the $45 daily valet parking seemed high as well. Both charges are probably about standard for the area, however. The property is under renovation at the moment, but it was not too bothersome. Resolve should be quite lovely. I would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I just spent 3 nights at the Bentley hotel and absolutely loved it there ! Our great experience started right at check in when we were gifted with a bottle of wine chilling in an ice bucket. The room looked like it had just been all done over. It was actually a king room with a kitchenette . There were even white Terry bathrobes in the walk in closet. We couldn’t have been happier. Just a great experience all around . The pool was immaculate , they also have a great continental breakfast . Just a great place to stay. If you’re going to south Beach you’ve gotta stay the the Bentley !

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. Pet friendly, walkable, right across the street from the beach and near plenty of restaurants and shopping. The issue which I know is temporary, is that there was construction going on in the hotel with noise throughout the day. There was also many loud building alarms that went off on my last day there probably related to Construction. Also the elevator is extremely slow and occasionally broke down

O hotel está passando por reformas. O café da manhã foi péssimo, improvisado na recepção, duas poltronas para todos os hóspedes! O serviço de vallet demora cerca de 30 minutos para trazer o carro. O quarto é amplo e limpo, mas estava com cheiro de cigarro no primeiro dia. O chuveiro não tinha muita pressão, mas água quente estava ok. A localização é boa.

Property was rundown, seem to be under construction. Check-in was very slow. The valet disappeared and I could not get my car when I needed to go to the airport. The hotel manager could not help me with that problem either as he said the valet company was not connected to the hotel. I almost missed my flight and I was trying to get out ahead of the hurricane

Our room at the Bentley hotel was really nice & airy. Comfortable Great AC The complaints I would have was that the elevator was out, It was being repaired. We did have an incident with one of the night. staff that was quickly cleared up by the manager. They do need New Beach umbrellas, and chairs. They did not hold up to the winds of Florida.

Overall my experience wasn’t the worst but I definitely will never come back. They tried to put me in a room without a balcony when I chose and paid for a room with a balcony. The guy behind the desk tried to blame me saying he tried to call me to talk to me about it even though I wasn’t in cell service. Once they got me in the right room there were no blankets or towels in the closet like they said. When I went to check out they apologized for the inconveniences and said they would refund me some money for what happened and they never did give me the refund.

I was not what I am used to but it was my first time in South Beach.- The hotel has not parking at all, you have to deal with the parking valet, that staff does not know how to explain to guests. The property is doing minor renovations but it hits first thing you enter (lobby remodeling). Some staff were friendly and others did not know the meaning of customer service. Rooms are clean, but staff was inconsistent refilling bottled water even when asked. I have a mixed feeling at the end of my stay. There is room for improvement. (I feel this is not the right time to rate the property). But you ask for it.
