Stayed 3 days and overall I give this property a 4 out of 5, the suite was very spacious. However, only one elevator worked, the iron didn't work, and the refrigerator wasn't getting cold, after informing the front desk of the room issues, they immediately resolved the issues, but the elevator wasn't back up and running until I was checking out.

Ive stayed there at least three times. Overall good rooms,quiet,specious. The front desk is very nice and helpful. A block away from whole foods, same block as the metro rail to get around. The breaksfast was good, the coffee a bit light, too watery but overall excellent property. I'll stsy there again.

Great Location for Cruise Travelers
I added an extra star due to the great customer service from Cevelia. She really made the stay better! My mom was sick from her first plane ride (we lost the Dramamine) and she allowed us to check in early due to her concern about my mother. I thought it was really sweet that when she saw me downstairs later, and on the next day, she kept asking for an update on my mom. There are lots of walkable restaurants and stores in the area outside of Bayside. However, you need to be generally fit due to hills and a bridge to get the main area where the mall and shops/restaurants are located. We were able to grab food for the family who couldn’t get out, visit Bayside, and grab some items to pack in our luggage for our cruise (there are liquor stores nearby). They do offer shuttle to the cruise port. You will need to pay in advance to guarantee your spot. The driver arrived early and had all passengers’ luggage packed in time for the scheduled departure. If they tell you to use your ticket for the shuttle, they are referring to your payment receipt. The free breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but my aunt did compliment the waffles. The biggest complaint about the hotel is there is only one working elevator. We were on the 14th floor and one family member was using a walker so we couldn’t take the stairs with our luggage. The wait for an elevator could take up to 30 minutes at times, which became a hassle when traveling with a family of five.

Great for a business trip in Brickell
I had a nice stay. My room was ~2x bigger than I expected, as there was a sort of office past the entry way prior to the main bedroom + living area (which also had a couch). Visited for a work trip but it was nice to be able to walk along the Miami River, just 30 seconds from the hotel's front door. Also cool that the pool is open year round. Check-in was chill, I also had breakfast tickets as part of my stay. Food options were also more than I expected, from eggs/sausage to yogurt, fruits, cereal, and so on. Attached a photo of my room's view, which faced downtown. Was a reasonable price and I would stay here again.

Front desk staffs were helpful, room was clean, bed very comfortable however the drainage in the bathtub was running a bit slow, it needs to be checked and fixed. Hotel is only steps away to two Metromover( the above ground small trains) stations which is very convenient if you need to take public transportation. They served the same breakfast items every morning l wish there were more varieties especially the choice of fruits. Overall, l enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn and Suite Brickell/Port of Miami.

This place only had one elevator for 16 floors. I asked for water to fill my cup before I left and the staff said “ legally we only have to provide water from 1pm-9pm…. This was after I paid for a night stay and valet parking…. Come on…
