The room was spacious with extra seating. The sink in the microwave/ fridge area was a convenient addition. The room was clean and the bed was comfy (a little soft for my liking)but overall it was comfortable with ample pillows and clean crisp linens. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded the description of a continental breakfast. There was a variety of breakfast options each morning including eggs, meat, fruit, breads, bagels, muffins, waffles, cereals, coffee, teas, and juices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were kept very clean including inside, the outside grounds, the dining area and the pool/hot tub and surrounding area. My only complaints would be that the second elevator was out of service so the wait time increased a bit on Sunday when a lot of people were checking out. Also the laundry machines/ dryers would only accept coins or the app which forces you to put more money on the card than you may need and the dryer was really bad. Granted, these machines are not owned by the hotel, but the hotel did not have change for the machines. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and I will seek out other Comfort Suites for future travels.

1. One elevator is broken. 2. The other was not able to be called to my floor from the lobby. 3. There is no water pressure in the bathroom sink. 4. No hot water in the bathroom sink. 5. Air Conditioner does not cool the room even on the lowest setting. 6. Air Conditioner or room smeels like mold. 7. There were coffee grounds (lots) in the water tank of the coffee maker, had to wash it out. 8. Not the hotel’s fault but as info plastic surgeons are using local hotels in Miami as a nursing and recovery center for their victims/patients.

Very helpful at check in but that's where the good part ends. First room offered smelt of damp, so were offered a different room. The hotel generally is a little tired and could do with a good freshen up. Breakfast area was cramped. Breakfast offering tasted stale (cereal and pastries). The coffee was weak and tastless and overall the offering was poor. When my wife asked a member of the kitchen staff if there was any possibility of some fresh strong coffee they just laughed. When we complained to the young guy on reception he just shrigged his shoulders. He didn’t care at all about our feedback. Overall the staff did not appear interested inthe quality of service being provided. The hotel is also situated in the corner of a shopping precinct. Was not entirely happy of how secure the car was. Hotel overall - I would avoid it. Stay somewhere else.

The area is very Residential … not really much too look at … unless you like the McDonalds next door Overall the rooms were very nice and comfortable Breakfast was free which was a bonus!! I would definitely stay there again on business .. not really if I’m there on vacation.
