Property needs some updating and maintenance but had a great stay and was very quiet. Breakfast was nice and peaceful the Starbucks service was very good. They should definitely lower the signature smell spray by the eating area was a little too strong. Front desk was helpful and professional.

Settling my daughter at FIU-close to shopping as the Dolphin Mall is literally a minute walk away . Very handy to pick up items for her dorm room. Great restaurants at the mall as well. Excellent customer service and friendly staff!

The carpet in the room was dirty and the room smelled musty. The carpet around the elevator on the 3rd floor was dirty. My family had sinus issues after spending the night. The hotel room is very dated. Please upgrade.

I love the shopping around it was walking distance to the Dolphin Mall . What I did not like only one elevator was working and taken so long. That suck because the hotel was full.
