The service was great, special Devin from the reception, he is a great guy, very helpful, makes feel very comfortable, the resort is clean, is close to restaurants, supermarkets, the beach is turquoise and clean, we love it! You could check early without any extra charge, the pool is clean and the room is spacious.

I think this hotel was Amazing, from the room to the food at the restaurant to the ambiance. I think it was all amazing, hotel room was up to date and very clean. I have no complaints it was a great trip and a great hotel. All the staff were so kind, Fabiana and all the girls at the restaurant were so welcoming and nice. The beach being not even a 2 minute walk and the pool and cabanas being very vibey. This hotel is great will recommend again and will definitely be back!!!

I booked a suite with two rooms did not get this. I also booked a balcony and did not get that. They failed to clean our room everyday. Overall nice hotel. staff wasn’t great.

absolutely loved our stay here. Have everything 5 stars. Our only beef with the place is when you go to the beach you have to pay for the umbrellas. Seems as though you spend enough money those should be complementary. Awesome place and would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, some of the staff are polite, but overall the services provided are not good. I tried to request water and towels by phone, but it was an answering machine that didn’t work very well. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for water, and they always gave us only two, even though there were four of us. The room was clean, but the shower door was literally hanging off, so every time we showered, the entire bathroom got soaked. The pools were clean and warm, which was a plus! The breakfast at the hotel was the best I’ve ever had, so I give it a 10. On Expedia, it said there was parking, but it’s valet parking, so it added a considerable amount to the final bill. Overall, it was an okay experience.

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in a Hilton Chain. I am physically disabled, and the elevator from the 8th floor, where my room was, had a sign saying, "The elevator does not stop here, so please go down to the 7th floor" (7 days). Thanks to my grandkids who would get it. The amount of green mold on the glass shower doors was something to be reported to the Health Dept. , and I am a physician. Will never, ever use Hilton again.

Omg the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud most comfortable bed i ever slept on, i could of spent my whole vacation just laying in bed, i did feel a little uneasy as my door would not shut fully and had to keep making sure it was shut, perfect location and access to the beach, staff was super friendly, and was on top and responded very quickly when requested something. Will definitely stay again
