Brand new property next to what appears to be a brand new shopping center w a nice target and restaurants . Didn’t use pool but it looked nice. Hotel has a real bar!

I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The amenities were also very nice. The condition of our room was impressive. Any wear and tear was addressed. I was excited to leave a top notch review (which seldom happens) UNTIL...breakfast. WHAT? Order from the menu...it's not complimentary? The quality and display of food is exactly the same as the Hampton Inn. This very similar Hilton property adds an additional charge to pay for the institutionalized eggs and other highly processed hot foods? And tip the wait staff?? I was blindsided. After I got a very small bowl of cereal, I asked about the breakfast. I paid for the $4 for my bowl of cereal with tip "charged to my room" (ah...the $25 incidental fee) When my husband came down for breakfast, I told him about the cost. He was shocked too. It's not about the money. It's the sneaky tactics. I'd rather pay more for the room or not see a "normal" complimentary breakfast. No signage or indication about this. I'm still disappointed about this after such a positive room experience. 😒
