This property was amazing ! I am extremely picky about hotels but still price conscious- this hotel was both up to standard and cost friendly. I arrived early than expected and the staff held my luggage for me and even checked me in 3 hours early. The room was clean and spacious ! The bed was comfortable ! A/C and heating were great (I have low iron and just had surgery so I was adjusting it every second). Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. Last but not least… the breakfast was AMAZING. Fresh fruit, hot everything, pancakes, bacon, sausages, etc. I’m not saying that this was a 5 star brunch/breakfast… but it was seriously really good. For the price, location, and overall quality- this is my new go to hotel for any Miami vacation!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the members of staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was convenient for exploring the area. My only disappointment was that the swimming pool from all indications appeared to be unavailable, which was a letdown as I had been looking forward to a swim. However, everything else was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Do not stay if you want airport transfer/shuttle
We chose this hotel because it stated it had airport transfer. After trying for over 20 minutes to request airport transfer, we finally spoke to someone from the hotel and they very rudely told us the shuttle was down for mechanical issues and hung up. We then had to go to a different area of the airport to the ride share area to request an uber.
