The room reeked of chemicals, and the windows barely opened to try and get the smell out (just a time pane not larger than a square foot). The housekeeping did not come one day, and the check guy went extremely slowly with the people in front of me, causing the process to take over 20 mins (at midnight, would have been nice if they were better staffed). The rooms were also old and not very well furnished. Don’t think it’s worth the money, there are much nicer hotels nearby

It was amazing. The only problem was that they did not have extra beds at the beach so we had to wait for people to leave so that we can get beds. Some people got tired and bought their own beach chairs and umbrellas 😂

The dining staff and cleaning staff were all respectful and hospitable. My poor rating is for the concierge whom I found to be rude, condescending and in genuine. Every time I needed something I avoided going to the front desk because they were just that intolerable. They need a new hotel manager, because that Ashley woman is really the root of the issue!
