This hotel was really nice. The services were amazing. Unfortunately I did not take note of the names of the Staff but they were all very kind. Except for Breakfast, there was nobody cleaning up the tables for the next person to find it clean. I had to call them, and the lady told me that they were working short!. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The doors from the rooms slammed all the time. Other than the planes taking off.( which we didnt mind after they stopped in the wee hours) They could at least offered complimentary tea and coffee. A functioning lounge to chill would gave been advantageous. The staff were very pleasant. The complimentary breakfast didnt have a good selection if your a no red meat/ pork person. The women although sweet dudnt speaknenglish well at all. Why the hell are you working in a hotel and don't speak english! All I asked for was steak sauce. "Mi no speak english.." Seriously!!

I was disappointed with the check in process with Alba in the afternoon. She didn’t have common sense of customer service. I was much happier with Rosean with precheck in. Rosean was so helpful, knowledgeable and super nice, but Alba wasn’t. She wasn’t pleasant to talk to. I stayed at Hyatt house before and this is my first time with this place. I won’t come back this place again.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Observed some mold in the shower area. TV stated breakfast starts at 9AM, but the sign stated 9:30AM. When I arrived at 9:30, the breakfast was not completely set up. Staff didn't seem attentive as they would take their time assisting guests.

We arrived early so we were charged an additional $25 and if we want late check out it is $10 per hour. No complimentary water and to purchase it is way overpriced. We paid a decent amount for the room.

A Nightmare Stay: Avoid This Hotel at All Costs Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of appalling. From the moment we discovered a non-functioning toilet in our room, the staff’s incompetence and complete lack of courtesy turned what should have been a restful stay into a nightmare. At 1 a.m., with two young children, we contacted the front desk for help. The staff member on duty was not only rude and dismissive but also displayed an alarming lack of customer service skills. When we reported the issue, they reluctantly offered to move us to another room but insisted we come to the front desk to collect the key, refusing to resolve the matter over the phone. They eventually provided us the keys to a room just down the corridor. To make matters worse, when we asked if the new room was in working order, the response was shocking: “I don’t clean the rooms, so I have no idea what’s in order and what isn’t. I’m doing you a favor by giving you a new room.” A favor? Providing a functional room is the bare minimum expectation for any hotel stay! The unprofessionalism, laziness, and blatant disregard for guests’ comfort were unacceptable. If you value respect and basic hospitality, avoid this hotel. It’s an embarrassment to the industry.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were big well kept up for the most part. The facilities needed a bit of work. The pool area couches was not very clean, the laundry was not working. The TVs in the room were old, they had spots on the screen. I also had 2 rooms, which one was more updated then the other, and the one not so updated had no microwave. I initially booked this hotel because it advertised a shuttle to the airport. Once arrived the shuttle was $30 per person to the airport was was a crazy amount being the airport is like 5 mins away. Staff was friendly but I felt the hotel was not worth the money spent. For a Hyatt brand, all the rooms should be upgraded and amenities should always be available. Uber drivers have a hard time locating hotel, the GPS sends them to the Embassy next door. There also was no hot tub on property. The pool was a decent size and clean. Did not eat the free breakfast that was included so I have no comment on that, but its a great perk to have.
