Let’s start with the view… very nice. Building was great. Longest pool in Florida they say. Now the condo…. It was cute. No mirror to look at yourself. The shower/tub is very Awkward and super high to get into it. Had to take Caution when entering and exiting the shower. Electric blinds where broken and taped up. I thought that was very tacky for the caliber of building and price of stay.

FIND ANOTHER PLACE
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Arrived they said I had to wait at for a host she took an hour did not speak English walked us to the door and left. Upon entering the apartment there is no couch just two twin mattresses on the floor Keith sheets the tv did not work in the bedroom there was a bed with blue stains no comforter just sheets the bathroom had a used roll of toilet paper that ran out the same day i went to the store to buy blankets and toilet paper because no one ever responded they responded on the day of checkout which was no help we had no idea where to park or how parking worked we had to figure out on our own it says RIVER VIEW that’s also a lie it’s a street building view they said that’s not their fault overall this was a horrible stay for myself and my friend that stayed in 3003 don’t waste your time or money this place is horrible

Be weary when making your reservation here. The unit that we received had 2 twin L-shaped couches as their living room couches. Yes, that’s correct. Twin L-shaped couches as the living room furniture. And do not expect to find shower condiments here other than sample sized bottles good for one-use. And the bathroom soap dispenser has been used so many times that the owner simply pours water in the bottles; so really, you’re washing your hands with water on top of water. And the bedroom balcony door is broken, so it doesn’t close fully; you hear all the horns, speeding cars, drive-by music, and outside noise, that will keep you up at night. It’s seriously worse place I’ve ever stayed for the price you pay.

The apartment was clean, the gym and pool were very nice, I didn’t like that the sofa were two mattresses and there was only one nightstand by the bed, not many places to charge your devices. Other then that I would say it was ok.

Worst stay ever at the Icon Brickel, please read!
The worst experience I’ve ever had in Miami. The Icon Brickell is one of the most prestigious buildings in Miami, so you can imagine the disappointment. Our host was the cleaning lady for the property. Waited 30 mins at the lobby for her, she came to greet us with a cleaning product in her hand. Spoke no English and couldn’t communicate with the staff. The apartment was dirty, I guess she didn’t have time to finish cleaning because she was sent to host us. There was only my coffee for one day, no sugar no cream. Bed sheets were dirty, toilet had pubic hair, shower dirty as well. $34 daily valet ok no big deal, but we were never told it was an no in-and-out situation. So we ended up paying for parking as much as the room. They had cheap 99 cents toiletries on $300 a night room. Building, elevator and picking areas all dirty. That place is a party house on steroids, huge parties that share a room and destroy the property. As a lifestyle and travel Blogger I would never ever ever share this with my audience, or family or friends or strangers.

Great for an AirBnb type stay, not a Hotel room
Did not know this was NOT a hotel, but owned by a private owner AirBnB style. Something I wish I had known prior to booking. The check in process was meeting someone in the lobby, which was a bit odd, and had to keep asking questions to find out who I was meeting, their number etc. Sitting in a lobby waiting for someone you don't know is uncomfortable. The room itself was very nice, spacious and smelled like it had been cleaned. BUT all the towels had been left in the dryer and the towels that were in the bathroom were all wet. Had to contact the owners so they could contact the building for a pool time, all in all not a terrible stay but if you're looking for a hotel experience this is NOT a hotel room.
