We were offered to early check in at $150. The coffee pods were extra $ which you had to request every day if you wanted coffee in the morning. The cleaning service was questionable when I left 2 dirty glasses to find them still uncleaned. Overall the hotel is nice, but it’s the amenities that are lacking.

I’ve stayed at The Lennox numerous times during Miami Swim week, and all the staff was new and not that friendly. The bartender Christian (Italian man) went out of his way. When I checked out I had to ask for Restaurant credit that wasn’t applied so front desk did give me a bit of attitude. Hopefully next visit they will provide better customer service.

Checking in I tried to check in maybe an hour or two early and she said for me she will charge me extra 100$ which is fine I get it but She was very rude. Did not have a single smile not a thank you or please she was awful to deal with. We came back around four and the staff was changed and they were amazing great and attentive. They switched our rooms because our air condition did not work. The maintenance man was great! The guys that helped with our bags and our valet were amazing. They deserve raises. Everything was so good until the next morning at checkout. I tried to call valet for our car and I got that same lady at the front desk. She said if I didn’t have a ticket I didn’t live here. She just was not very friendly. Location was great pool and room was great otherwise!

I really enjoyed our stay at The Lennox hotel! The smell as you walk in greets you with open arms. The staff was very accommodating for the most part. Our room was so cute, great aesthetics and a comfortable bed. The pool area is secluded and very relaxing. We ordered food and drinks at the bar and it was all delicious. The bartender at the pool also had great customer service. The beach is right across the street so you have easy access and they also have chairs and towels for you to use. Honestly me and my husband love a good oceanview but this cute boutique hotel is a hidden gem that we will definitely book again.
