The place is wonderful, clean, cozy, no complaints about that. But the music that played very loudly in the cafe until 3 am, it was Saturday, it's awful! I couldn't fall asleep until the cafe closed. I had an important call in the morning that I missed. That's why I won't go back there anymore and I give it 3 stars.

Bueno, importante recalcar que la atención al cliente es lo mejor que tiene el hotel aparte de su bar, su patio, tiene biblioteca para salir de la rutina. La piscina: como consejo deberían limpiarla al menos cada ciertas horas dependiendo del uso. También en las fotos se ve como arreglada pero tiene solo las sillas en círculo. En la habitación que nos hospedamos quedaba cerca de la fuente y no sé si también la limpian porque olía mucho a alcantarilla. En la recepción venden bebidas o cosas de aseo, el lugar es muy lindo, su decoración es muy linda, pero parece ser muy peligroso sus alrededores, es cerca de muchos lados pero tu decides pagar taxis o Uber.

We liked this place. We stayed here because of their pet policy. It reminded me of a European Hostel. If you are looking amenities like tv, housekeeping, hair drier, in room coffee service etc.; you won't be happy here.

It was ok. The floor was filthy. I know because I used wet wipes on an area that I hadn't even walked on and it came up black. I understand room rentals are nonrefundable. But given we were there b/c we evacuated and the storm never came so we left a day early, I feel like the hotel could have been understanding and refunded us for the day we didn't use. Sometimes a little compassion goes a long way.

Didn’t have air conditioning the bed was not made didn’t have any towels and we got a extra day because we didn’t fine anything available and left a little early and don’t want to let us use that room because our flight got moved so had to pay a a full price for another room

Mi habitación no tenía TV. El sitio es lindo y tiene todo el potencial pero el aseo de las áreas externas le falta mantenimiento el la parte del las mesas rosadas había basura en los contenedores y eso debería estar limpio el precio me pareció alto con respeto a el tipo habitacion.
