Additionally, we are 15 minutes from Wynwood, downtown, midtown, and Aventura. Also within walking distance is delicious restaurants and fun shopping. Within the condo, we have a gym and a sauna available for your use.

In the home, entertain and cook-in on our large kitchen island. There is plenty of seating at the breakfast bar and in the dining room. The condo sleeps six, and there are two bathrooms with double-sinks - plenty of room to spread out.
