LOCATION: Just a block away from the beach, 250 Collins by Roami is where you want to be for your time in South Beach. When you're done at the beach explore the many other parks, museums, bars, and restaurants that are all within walking distance.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOM: This property sleeps 4 guests in 2 beds and 2 guests on a sofa bed. The TV is located in the living room. See bed count below.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer,1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 10 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TV.

My friends and I stayed here for the first part of our trip and ran into many complications. The place was dirty, felt unclean, and when we were given a new place (I will say the property manager responded promptly), the SECOND place was also dirty, had rain water pouring in from the ceiling and the ground, and was just a mess. We were given towels for the water and... that was it. It felt disgusting to stay there or in the first place and definitely went through a hassle to get a refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Excellent Location - Good Service
This property had some issues. However, it is one of the best locations if you are staying at the Miami South Beach area. The management company was great and the procedures were straight forward. There is a very convenient neighborhood market directly across the street. And it is convenient to walk or Uber anywhere. Bike rental kiosk is within one block. And Ted's Hideaway (good sportsbar) and Big Pink (great food) are right there. The property was acceptable. However, the plumbing valves were crazy bad. The refrigerator and freezer had handles that couldn't be opened without considerable effort because they have very bad designs. The place needs a refresh. One of the fire sprinklers in the bedroom had toilet paper stuffed in the opening. The master shower control knob fell off. There are no dark-out curtains in the 2nd bedroom so it is bright in there all night. No closets and no drawers. The TV does not have local channels so you can't get the news or weather. But, as the old saying goes, location, location, location!! I would stay there again but it is pricey for what I expected (other than the location, of course).

Clean, comfortable and convenient
Very clean space. Comfortable and spacious for a family of 5. The stays located 1 block from the beach and convenient to walgreen/vcs. There’s a small market across the street. Close to many restaurants, we walked everywhere, only take us 5-10 max walk to get to our destination.
