The great thing is the promity to the beach. The bathroom by the pool had not soap to wash your hands. The shower in our room only got luke warm and had low pressure on that temperature. Our bed creaked ever time we moved. Luckily only staying one night. Hotel staff is friendly.

BEWARE! when you check out if you booked with Expedia or other booking company as your hotel bill will not match your agreed upon total with booking agency. In addition upon checkout, there was a disgruntled guest that was arguing with hotel check out employee which escalated to unsafe situation which is when myself and a mom with 3 young children ran into the mens restroom for safety. The hotel did nothing to make anyone who had to witness this dangerous situation to apologize for having to take cover. EXTREMELY DISAPPONTED at how the Hotel handled this situation and escalated it with the guest instead of De-escalating the situation as well as how guests who witnessed this were treated. I will never stay here again

The staff are wonderful, welcoming, super friendly and super helpful. I felt bad asking for a new room (I inadvertently reserved an ADA room), but the staff were wonderful about it and gave us a new room right away. We also had a mishap with the mini bar,, and they were very understanding about it. Walking distance to Espinola Way, which has great restaurants, easy beach access, nice pool area. Rooms are dated, but cool and beds are comfortable.

Upon check in my card was charged $250 twice. I immediately went and spoke to front desk staff about this. Cameron who works the front desk said my money would be back on my card that same night. 2 days later and the money still is not back on my card. The front desk seemed very nonchalant about my concerns of my card being swiped twice. They offer "luggage storage" upon check out but when trying to get luggage stored nobody takes it they make you leave luggage unattended in the lobby. The room was not very clean and all the lighting did not work.
