Don’t do it!
They require so much personal information upon checkin. Drivers license front and back. Mine was scratched so I downloaded what I could. Decided to go straight to hotel. Waited out front for over 3 hours and no front desk staff.

Savior for the Milton Hurricane
Phantastic place to be found as a savior when Milton locked us out from our stay in Cape Coral. Perfect organization also parking possibilities in the same building. One bed was a bit worn out and shower had slow water pressure could be the only small negative points. Overall very good

There is a gentleman there who helped me transition from 402 to 511 he was a very nice guy because I made a couple mistakes checking in. I forgot to do a couple things to make his job easier and he had to come back like three times all my fault and he was very patient and nice but I forgot to get his name.

This place is right above Trader Joe and few minutes walk to Lincoln Rd Mall. It is a reasonable place. However, this is like an Airbnb place. There is no front desk for check in or asking any questions. Everything is through their own app. This is good during Covid. For now, I feel like this is losing some personal touch. We requested some extra detergent and wash cloth on the first night and we got it right away the next day, which was good. We missed the window (2 or 3 days before check-in) to request the early check in, and there is no flexibility of changing that as there is no front desk. Their check-in time is at 4pm which is late. Maybe this place is closed to a fire hall, we can hear fire truck siren every night couple of times (stayed for 5 nights). If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be a good options.
