The property was clean and the breakfast was good. But a lot of water spills from the shower onto the bathroom floor, however we did receive extra bath mats to assist with the problem.

Clean room and lobby. Very close to the beach, nice view. Nice buffet, lots of selections. Nice, friendly, helpful staffs. But it would be nicer if they will have comforter instead of just blankets. But other than that, they’re excellent. Might come back again.

I had to leave Miami to check on my house after a major hurricane came through less than 24 hours prior. I asked to cancel my room for the night without being charged. Camilla at the hotel would not let me cancel with a refund for the night. Not allowing an exception to your patrons during a state of emergency is deplorable. Your policy ignores the needs of vulnerable people living through one of the scariest events of their lives. It’s shameful
