This hotel is not the hotel in the pictures; it does not have a pool and is in the middle of an industrial area; very poor location; My wife and I booked this hotel specifically for the pool on the roof---It does not exist

Everything was great, only one slight problem with the room. The evening was cool and didn’t really notice that the AC unit wasn’t working, we called to report it and they offered to switch room but we were already unpacked and in bed. The next morning I reported it again and they were nice enough to apologize and offer a refund for the room with Expedia’s approval.
