Pesimo hotel, pesimo servicios, cargos extras. La habitacion oscura y sucia, la lencería con pelos y olor a perfume, el baño con manchas de oxido. Ademas, Reservé por hoteles.com.com y pagué por anticipado, luego en el hotel cargaron nuevamente el valor de la reserva. Una verguenza de hotel.

Whoever the girl is at the front desk needs to get an altitude check, however Tyler was amazing and helpful. Breakfast option could be better but it was a hurricane relief for evacuation so i understand they were not prepared for that many people. Over all was decent.

When I checked in I asked if I needed to book for the shuttle back to the airport in the morning…I was told no…got to the desk at 6am and was told it was already booked and 5 of us had to take a cab. We were not even offered by the hotel to pay for us to get to the airport. It was such a major inconvenience. Don’t think I’ll be going back there.

Was disappointed when we asked for more towels personally to the room attendant and was disregarded! Room was not tidy or bed made! What were we paying for? When we dropped off our rental car at the airport and called for a shuttle back to the hotel we were told it would be an hour and a half before someone was there, this was at 7:30 in the morning. We had to pay for an Uber 😡

The art work that was around the hotel was incredible! Check-in staff excellent! Loved the kitties outside the property. The room was clean but probably needs some new paint, looks like prior customers ran luggage or other items along the wall to cause scrapes and marks. The complimentary breakfast was good. Area seemsed safe but would have to drive to get to other areas for food.
