Gorgeous property with loads of history! Very clean I loved all the chandeliers and gorgeous light fixtures and what really struck me was that there was no cobwebs no dust not just the ones in the lobby all throughout the hotel. Our room was nice sized the bed was comfortable. And every single employee we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Good location! Walkable to Fiserv Forum and restaurants. It is a historic hotel, so do not expect it to be modern and up to date. The lobby is nice and the room was adequate. The pub in the hotel is great! Highly recommend.

Bachelor party getaway
We came into town for a bachelor party. The main purpose was to go to the Bucks game. The hotel was close and convenient for us to go back and forth to the game and plenty of other restaurants throughout the neighborhood. Only complaint would be that you could not adjust the temperature in the room. We’d change the thermostat, but the temperature in the room never changed. It was quite warm in there at all times.

Room was small...it was 82 degrees with no way to cool down. we shut the heat iff and bought a fan which only took it to 75. Pillows seemed more like decorative pillows other than bed pillows as they were smaller and square. Staff super friendly and amazing

An historic building with impressive decor in the lobby spaces. Room was comfortable but worn, particularly bathroom and carpet. Location was fantastic. Sky bridge to the conference center was very convenient. Lots of dining options in walking distance. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The dresser is to large for room. It impinges on walkway. I got a nice sized bruise walking past it. Manager did give us a $30 credit to smooth things over. Breakfast was okay. You are not informed you can get an omelette until after a visit to the buffet. By then you have already eaten. The hotel was very convenient to the Baird Center. Parking was very expensive.

Beautiful lobby but that is all.
The lobby in this hotel is beautiful and the location to the conference centre is excellent. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel needs an upgrade. Our room was very worn out. The carpet was torn in multiple locations, stains on the pictures, lamps that needed replacing and more. It didn't feel clean or fresh when we arrived.
