Meh and Misleading
I think my biggest disappointment with this property was how misleading the photos were in that what they do not show is another house about 25-30 feet away from this property. There is no clear sense of privacy in the hot tub, yard, or back porch. I was also concerned, because this property was pet friendly (a crucial point for us since we bring our dog). However, the surprisingly close neighbors also have a dog, which they let roam off leash and frequently travels over to the property. Since the fence was not one you'd find in a typical yard, it was not meant to prevent dogs or really much of anything from moving freely between the properties. I was concerned about the neighbor dog since I was unsure how our dog and the other dog would interact. So, we made sure to keep our dog on a leash and, if the other dog was out and about, inside. Also, despite their promotion of 24/7 text support to questions, I asked one simple question during our stay, and we never got a response. There were a few dirty pans, but the kitchen was mostly well equipped. Some cobwebs in the bathroom, but, otherwise, the property was mostly clean. I also have to agree with past guests, the sofa is very uncomfortable and should be replaced. I feel like this place was a bit misleading and underwhelming, especially for the price.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
After searching for the perfect Blue Ridge Mountain area property to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we found it! Creekside Cabin is perfection. The home is absolutely stunning and completely clean with all the tools and items needed for a perfect, relaxing weekend. The decor is lovely, very mountain chic. The mattress in the king bedroom was incredible and provided a great night's sleep. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners even provided some starter firewood and kindling. We enjoyed fires outside and inside as well as the sounds of the creek close by. Our pups loved splashing around in the water and running around in the yard. One of the best features is the location: private, yet a very close and easy drive to both Blue Ridge and Copperhill. Only about 10 minutes to the grocery store. We also recommend a great, tough hike at Project Chimps trails. Quite an experience and only 15 minutes away. Creekside Cabin has it all and we are already researching a return trip in the Spring. Thank you and well done!

Would Love To Stay Again
This Cabin is a little slice of Heaven. Warm, cosy, comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings. The decor is a charming blend of rustic wood beams, tin ceilings, stone fireplaces and hardwood floors. The screened porch and gliders were our favorite. Disappointingly the only living room seating was a very overused and uncomfortable sectional. . Looks fine but sitting on/in it is brutal. We hope the owners replace it before we would come again.

Peaceful mountain retreat
I was very impressed with this property. This is the epitome of a mountain retreat. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I wouldn't call the creek out back a major trout stream if you're looking to fish (about a foot deep with dense overhanging trees - not amenable to fly fishing unless you have a shorter rod), but it was very nice to hear the creek while sitting on the back porch. Would highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff that provided excellent customer service. They even promptly mailed a personal item we left behind certified. Highly recommend this cabin.

Wonderful place for a needed break
My wife and I needed a break from caring for my 91 year old Mom who lives with us and my brother in a nursing home. The cabin was wonderful, very quiet and away from any noises. There was even a few little trout in the stream. I left them for the next person. The manager was real nice and brought us some wood for the inside fireplace from their own stock. The bedrooms were big and comfrotable and the hot tub was great after it warmed up. I don't know about the tv since we had a good time visiting with our friends, eating and sleeping late. Do note though. Due to some guests abusing the free firewood I don't think that they will supply any in the future. Just bring your own.

Wish we planned a longer trip, but we'll be back!
We loved our stay here! It looks exactly like the pictures, an absolute dream. The hot tub was huge, and fit 4 people very comfortably. We wish we could've stayed for so much longer. Willow Creek was very thorough, we had no issues or questions once we arrived at the cabin. The Willow Creek staff was so helpful when we got lost on our way to the cabin. They advise you not to follow the GPS when navigating to the cabin, and that is so true! When we called for more clarification they were quick to answer and were able to get us back on track right away. Heads up for future stays, we had a hard time getting the firewood to stay lit so I would recommend bringing fire starters if you plan to enjoy either the fireplaces or the fire pit. Although, no one in our stay is experienced with using wood burning fireplaces so it was possibly just user-error. Overall, we loved it and we will absolutely be back!

Comfy on the Creek
The location- less that 2miles off main hwy, paved to to last mile, then gravel- a bit rough in spots. Only 2 slight inclines but would recommend 4wd or at least front wheel drive in wet, snowy or icy weather. Permanent neighbors close, but not smothering on 1 side, other side and across creek open. to blue ridge, 15 to mccaysviile, 20 to murphy or Blairsville. The house- very clean, comfy, large master shower, great wrap around, nice screened porch, less that hundred ft to creek. Cool mix or cabin/farmhouse. Extra half bath is nice. The yard- nice and flat but will be wet/soggy with much rain. Plenty of good gravel parking though. Saw 5-10 deer across creek every morning. The communication- was always quick and helpful. . Fireplace tip- be sure grate is pushed back. Otherwise end up with smoke in house. Great stay! Probably nice any time of year. Thanks for sharing!

Excellent Property
The property was well maintained. The Willow Tree Rental group was very responsive to my questions. And when we couldn't burn the wood that was delivered because it had gotten wet, they had more brought out that same night. We were able to see the deer across the creek every morning and night. About a 15-20 minute drive into "town" if you needed groceries. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we were in the area.

Convenient location and beautiful cabin. The HVAC is located right outside the master bedroom window so if you are a light sleeper that should be considered. Also, bring all of your condiments, because they did not even provide salt & pepper. We left ours. You're welcome.

Wonderful Creekside Cottage!
Surrounded with a lush flat lawn, the cottage was a cozy and comfortable family retreat. Cabin layout provides a lot of personal space and open kitchen with a large screened in porch. The main floor master bedroom is very comfortable. My son said the upstairs bed was not so comfortable and the access to the creek doesn’t allow much other than toe dipping, but the sound of the creek was certainly pleasant while sitting out by the fire pit. One of our favorite pet friendly places in Blue Ridge!

The cabin was beautiful! Clean and had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and it was a very peaceful place to spend the weekend. The water pressure wasn’t that great especially for someone with very long hair. And the road to the cabin needs ALOT OF ROAD WORK! Those are my only complaints. The rest was just perfect!
