Person ansering phone was very rude. Must have been a different person when i showed up. Totaly different than the nasty lady on the phone. All i was doing was checking on status of my reservation

It’s a newer hotel which is nice. Breakfast was nothing special. I would have liked a hot tub and not just a pool. It was pretty clean, something on the carpet in my room but the carpet is dark so probably over looked.

The air conditioner in my room wasn't working, it was 78 degrees in the room. I mentioned this to the front desk staff member and his reaction suggested that this was a recurring problem. With no maintenance staff onsite the air conditioner was still not working when I returned from dinner. I finally fixed it myself by manipulating buttons under a sticker on the wall mounted unit.

Clean, like-new room, bathroom, very nice and cozy. Breakfast was disappointing, very basic. Also, the receptionist wasn't the most welcoming and was giving odd looks to my Wife - I didn't feel welcome at the hotel at all.
