The best part of this hotel is the lowest price around the area that includes Hot breakfast, Parking and WiFi. The room is decent but the staff needs to be more welcoming and friendly. Overall I will definitely come back and will recommend it to friends and family.

We've stayed at LivInn several times, and it is perfect for what we need. Clean, quiet if you ignore I35W outside, sufficient breakfast, and very reasonable prices.

Nice place and good price
As usual, the hotel was nice and I enjoyed the stay. Right now while there is construction on 35W, if you're looking for a quiet night, don't stay anywhere right off the freeway. They are working on the road at night, starting at about 9 PM, and it's loud enough to be heard in the hotel room.
